Thrive Integrative Medicine

At Thrive Integrative Medicine, our team is united by a shared commitment to whole-person care that honors both the science and the story of each patient’s health journey. Led by Dr. Gretchen Bowling, Susan Breeden FNP, and Megan Long FNP, we bring together decades of experience in family medicine, cardiology, internal medicine, palliative care, and women’s health. Each provider offers unique expertise—whether it’s supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, restoring balance through hormone and weight management, enhancing confidence with aesthetic treatments, or addressing pelvic floor health with compassion and sensitivity. Together, we are dedicated to creating a supportive environment where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive at every stage of life.
